Purified water through a water dispenser is provided absolutely FREE during stay. Automatic washing machine is also available. Bathroom with hot shower and essentials. Two bedrooms with cabinets where guests can store their clothes. Other bedroom has balcony with outdoor seating. Entire unit has unlimited wifi access absolutely FREE. Guest access Guest has access to everything — 2 bedrooms, living & dining areas, balcony, and fully equipped kitchen. Other things to note DEDICATED PARKING: Php 200/night For visitors, parking is on a first come first served basis and with a fee of Php 200/night per vehicle. Car details must be provided. IMPORTANT: The building administrator requires all guests to submit a copy of their ID, so guests must send us a copy of their IDs once bookings are confirmed. Please be advised that for weekend bookings, all IDs must be sent to us on or before Friday's latest lunch time. POOL GUIDELINES: 1. The swimming pool is not manned by a Lifeguard 2. Children should be accompanied by an adult. 3. Every pool user is required to sign a waiver. BOCC will not be liable for any untoward incident in the use of such amenity Operating Hours: 8:00AM to 7:00PM, Tuesday to Sunday (closed on Mondays for routine maintenance) How to reserve: 1. Secure your wrist baller from the security office (Guests: Blue). 2. Wrist ballers must be returned to the security office after use. Unreturned wrist ballers will be charged Php 100. 3. Guests (Non-registered residents) shall be charged Php 125/person. 4. Use of the Pool shall be on a first to reserve, first to use basis. 5. Please notify host and submit your reservation requests at least 3 working days prior to scheduled use of the pool. 6. Proper swimming pool attire shall be required in the pool. All users shall wear clothing designed as swim wear. No cut off clothing shall be permitted in the pool. Swimming Pool Rules: 1. All swimmers shall shower before swimming. 2. Playing water sports shall not be allowed. 3. All pool users should not enter the premise beyond the blue sheet installed to preuntoward incidents. 4. Food and drinks shall be strictly prohibited in the pool and pool deck area. 5. Observe "CLEAN AS YOU GO" as courtesy to the next users. 6. Must avoid leaving sachets of shampoo to not cause clogging of floor drains. Please note that MIDSTAY CLEAN is REQUIRED for bookings longer than 2 weeks. Additional cleaning fee applies.
