The space Only 30-45 mins from the Airport, unlike Canggu which can take up to 4 hours due to very heavy traffic. Seminyak is a lively and bustling area with a fabulous Double Six beach just minutes walk from the villa and all the boutique shops and excellent restaurants on your doorstep to be explored. The villa is fully staffed throughout the day by our wonderful team who have been with us for may years, including an evening attendant. Breakfast is prepared for you each morning, which is included in our rates. Entering Villa Annecy brings you into a world where the contemporary and the traditional blend seamlessly. Two spacious pavilions frame a large, indulgent pool which is the villa's primary focus - we also have a diving board, perhaps unique among private Bali Villas and there is no doubt that it delights both older and younger guests alike. Take time out to relax in the Jacuzzi or lie in the shade under the bale and get stuck into your book or have a massage! Unlike many, Villa Annecy has folding doors enabling both pavilions to be closed for safety purposes if required. We can also help to organise a pool fence as guests request if needed. The main residence houses two spacious master bedrooms upstairs, both with a day bed suitable for a young child or early teen. Both of these master suites have full en suite bathroom facilities including both shower and separate bath with spa products and hairdryer's provided in every bathroom for our guests use . Downstairs the main feature is the central dining table easily accommodating dining for 10+, a large separate lounge area to relax, watch television or listen to music, overlooking the tropical gardens and pool. A fully equipped epicurean kitchen completes the picture, with folding doors to allow access from the fun swim up pool seats, the perfect place for young ones to enjoy breakfast or a midday drink and quick snack prepared by the staff at your request. Our rear pavilion has a further 2 master bedrooms with full en-suites again with both shower and bath and separate dressing areas, the upstairs suite has a vaulted ceiling and again a daybed to sleep a child or young teen. The ground floor master, can be set up as a twin or super king. Next door is a lounge with television DVD player for children to enjoy their own space. This room has a huge daybed, easily big enough to sleep 2 large adults or 3 small children and has air-conditioning, blackout curtains, lamp and furniture, as well as its own private entrance to the dressing room and bath/shower room so that it may be converted into the 5th bedroom when required. Guest access The villa is completely private. We have a garage if hire car or scooters are required. On arrival our staff will be there to greet you, if it is after 9pm, it will be our security guard Wayan who will stay in the staff area of the villa after welcoming you in, unless needed. Staff will then arrive from 0700 to help to prepare breakfast and prepare for the day ahead. Other things to note We charge the standard 10% govt. tax & 6% service tax Breakfast is provided for all our guests daily (including an Indonesian option), as well as the transfers (up to 1 return transfer for all guests as a group, or 3 individual return transfer).
