A beautiful, old farmhouse immersed in the nature of Crete and Valdorcia, located within walking distance (0.9 km) to the village of San Giovanni d'Asso (Montalcino). A large olive grove with astonishing views on the Tuscan hills surrounds a huge private fenced pool (6x10 mt); Parking space and a charging station on the rear side of the pool house also available. Good WiFi connection fit for home working Air conditioning in the bedrooms included in the price from June to mid September The space The house develops on 2 levels: the main entrances are located at ground floor ; the first arched-door entrance will lead you to an open space with a fully equipped kitchen, large fireplace with seats and a table sitting 10; the second entrance leads to a large living room and to a separate additional fully equipped kitchen with dining table sitting 10. A tiny guest toilet is available on this floor. At first floor, accessible via 2 separate gate-secured staircases, there are 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, most of them with mosquito nets and ceiling fans: 3 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms (beds can be linked upon request). Of the 5 bathrooms (all with bidet, basin, toilet and shower), 3 are en-suite; at first floor you can also find a beautiful, large sitting room with fireplace equipped with mosquito nets and ceiling fans. This ancient house was renovated using traditional materials: chestnut beams, terracotta, travertine tops. The furniture includes some rustic and antique pieces.
