Clean & Cozy Room in a Quiet Neighborhood

A cozy, quiet, simple and clean room with a full-size bed. Wind down and relax. This room has a small desk and an office chair. There is no TV. AC is on during summer. Air filtration system in place 365 days. Tucked away from main street in a quiet residential neighborhood. Conveniently located to both capitol campus & Tumwater State office complex, bus routes, stores, grocery & parks. 1-1/2 miles from I-5/US 101. 2 large friendly dogs (Husky & Lab) and a cat live here to welcome you. The space In my younger days I backpacked via youth hostels (I still do!). It is my way of supporting the culture and I want others to find a private, safe, quiet, clean bedrooms at my home. - The whole house is running a central air filtering system, airy and comfortable. - I have two guest rooms. Bathroom is shared by the two guest rooms. - Easy walking hike (1-mile) to Tumwater Falls Park (now Brewery Park), Trillium Park, Water Shed Park, and Capitol Lake Trail. Late summer to early fall, you can view salmon jumping in the Brewery Park, which is connected to Capitol Lake to Puget Sound. If you are traveling to Portland, Seattle, or to the Olympic Peninsular coasts, our place is located in the center, and easy within 1-mile access to freeways (I-5 & US 101) from my house. Guest access Living room, kitchen, shared bathroom, laundry. Help yourself with coffee (stocked) or Asian teas, cook your meal or take 'n bake pizza in my new oven. I encourage you to cook and eat to stay healthy and keep your energy level up while traveling! During your stay You are welcome to talk with me in person (I enjoy it), or just message me if you need anything. You can also keep yourself private-quiet without interacting with me at all. I will respect your style and mood of that day! Other things to note Dog: I have a large lab and a Husky in December. Lab stays in my room, and husky in the living room. Cat: I have a cat in the house. No perfume or strong cologne, please. Host is sensitive to scents. Parking: Park on grassy areas side of my driveway. Street parking is also available. Best place is next to a silver car. COVID-19: All touch points are sanitized a few times daily in the shared space. Your pillows, cushions, comforters, and all other are bleach washed prior to your arrival. Wipable surface in your room is sanitized as well.
