My house is minutes away from restaurants, Busch Gardens Park, and the Hard Rock Casino ; 25 mins away from Downtown Tampa where you can enjoy Starship cruise line, museums and historical Ybor City, also 35-45 mins away from popular beaches. The house and nearby neighboring towns are perfect for family fun, group getaways and business travelers. A 2nd level loft area for intimate gatherings and entertaining guests. The neighborhood is in a preserved rural/suburb area of Tampa. It offers historical aesthetics and lay back feel. Not a busy area but is in the process of being developed.
