The entire hallway area is laid out with natural stones and decorated with great attention to detail. On the ground floor of the house you will find the kitchen, the living room and one of the bathrooms. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two bedrooms, one ensuite, another bathroom and a storage room. The outdoor area has a covered terrace and a separate barbecue area, and a private pool surrounded by greenery. The cityscape of Lovran is predominantly characterized by magnificent Art Nouveau villas and beautiful parks with exotic plants.
