Our finca is located on a quiet hill, surrounded by nature close to the village of Capellades. The house consists of 3 spacious apartments (6pax, 5 pax and 4 pax) that together can also form one large villa. With swimming pool, barbecue hut, pizza oven and sports hall, it is a paradise for young and old. Close to Barcelona (50 min.) and Montserrat (30 min.), with plenty of opportunities for excursions, nature and culture. An ideal place to relax and recharge. The space Spacious villa for 11 people: apartments Phileine & Gustave. Our finca consists of three spacious and comfortable apartments, each with its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom(s) and private outdoor space. The apartments accommodate 6 people (Phileine), 5 people (Gustave) and 4 people (Cézanne), and are ideal for families or groups of friends. Please note: Gustave is not an independent apartment and is not rented separately. It offers two extra bedrooms with 5 extra beds and a separate bathroom. This space can be added to Phileine or Cézanne for larger groups or extra flexibility. You can rent one or more apartments, or the entire finca as one large villa – perfect for larger groups who want to be together, but also want to maintain some privacy. All apartments are fully furnished and equipped with every comfort. You will find comfortable beds, an equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, cookware, tableware and basic necessities (such as olive oil, salt, pepper, coffee and tea) and nice seating areas inside and outside. Of course, towels, bed linen and extra blankets are provided, as well as soap and toilet paper. Each apartment also features fans, a hairdryer and WiFi. All guests share the grounds of the finca, including: - A large swimming pool with sun terrace and sun loungers - The pool house with indoor barbecue, pizza oven and fully equipped outdoor kitchen - A large sports hall with table tennis, goals, a jeu de boules court and sports equipment - A natural playground with swing, tree trunks and water fun - Lots of greenery and quiet places to relax Would you prefer exclusivity? Then it is possible to rent the entire finca privately, so that no other guests are present during your stay. Whether you come with your family or with a group of friends, you will find peace, space and plenty of comfort here – in the middle of nature and yet close to everything Catalonia has to offer. Guest access We live on the property ourselves, in a separate part of the finca, together with our three children. You have complete privacy in and around the apartments, with private entrances, terraces and outdoor spaces. All shared facilities such as the swimming pool, the pool house, the playground and the sports hall are freely accessible to our guests. We find it important that you feel at home and can completely relax. That's why we are present in the background: not intrusive, but always available for questions, tips or help if needed. Whether it's a good restaurant nearby, a day trip to Barcelona or an extra towel, we're happy to help. Other things to note Location & accessibility: The finca is located on a quiet hill, a few minutes drive from the village of Capellades. A private car is necessary to be able to explore the finca and the surrounding area properly. Grocery shopping: In the village you will find supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants. Larger stores can be found in Igualada, about a 15-minute drive away. Child-friendly: The finca is perfect for families – with plenty of space, a playground, sports hall and safe outdoor areas. However, we do ask parents to supervise the pool themselves. Peace & nature: Don't expect a busy tourist spot, but bird sounds, starry skies and lots of outdoor air. Depending on the season: In summer it can be hot; fans are provided. It does cool down in the evening, so by opening the windows you can let it cool down well inside. There are screens for each window. In the spring and autumn, it is wonderfully mild. Group rental possible: It is possible to rent the entire finca exclusively (max 15 people) – feel free to inquire about the possibilities.
