General: Located at 12 minutes from Faro airport, the sea, restaurants, the large Mar shopping center (6 min. also known as IKEA), on a hill surrounded by nature, quiet, with 1 large private shaded terrace, ocean view, ideal for 4 people, fully equipped, this house will delight nature and calm lovers. On the about 1 hectare plot (±3 acres), are built 2 houses, the owners ‘one and the house for rent. Both houses, surrounded by the vegetation, are about 25 meters apart. There is a private access with a dedicated gate. There is a shaded parking nearby the house, on the same level, making it easy for people who have difficulties to walk. In addition to the 180cm fence that borders the entire grounds, a small fence 60cm high delimits about 200m2 in front of the house. Convenient to delimit a wandering perimeter restricted to pets.
