On the about 1 hectare plot (±3 acres), are built 2 houses, the owners ‘one and the house for rent. Both houses, surrounded by the vegetation, are about 25 meters apart. There is a private access with a dedicated gate. There is a shaded parking nearby the house, on the same level, making it easy for people who have difficulties to walk. In addition to the 180cm fence that borders the entire grounds, a small fence 100cm high delimits about 200m2 in front of the house. Convenient to delimit a wandering perimeter restricted to pets. Heated pool : The pool is covered with a rolling shelter for safety for children, to stabilize the temperature as well as to avoid leaves and needles from trees.
