Large Family Home (Can Sleep Up To 8+)

My place is close to historic Downtown 3rd Street, Lee's Summit, MO 64063. This is an older, very quiet neighborhood and we must discourage parties and activities at this time. It is well suited for a couple traveling seeking a private place to stay comfortably and safely. Or it can sleep 8-10 people depending on the sleeping arrangements and the amount of space communicated. It is very important that guest clearly express how many guests, beds and bedrooms are required for the booking. The space There is also a Basement Apartment onsite as well as two additional bedrooms, both may be available to add to the booking for more space, if requested. This is a very large home and we offer it based on the space needed meaning the more space or people the more we charge. If you need space for 8 or more people or more than the main floor, depending on the sleeping arrangements we are happy to accommodate if available. The main floor can sleep up to 7 people DEPENDING on the sleeping arrangements. Unless the booking request ALL the bedrooms for more than 7 guests the second floor will not be included without an additional charge. Nor would the Basement Apartment as it is a completely separate booking. Guest access Any areas booked that are not locked. If only 4 or less guests are booked then the upstairs is not included in the booking and the bedrooms may be locked. The main floor has two bedrooms and a futon in the patio room. Other things to note Well behaved dogs are allowed per approval, a pet fee and with the understanding they not be left loose in the home, cleaned up after, on leash outside and/or watched in the fenced area, contained and not allowed on furniture or carpets.
