Home in Sterling

Private walkout Basement, 2 bedroom apartment. Master bedroom has a queen bed. 2nd bedroom/laundry room is small but cozy, has a stacked washer/dryer and a queen bed. Great little patio area with a BBQ and great views. Own entrance and parking area. Note this is a private home and we live upstairs on the main floor. The space Patio area and parking is guest outside space. Other things to note House number on front of garage 2891. We allow pets but do require them to be on a leash and never be left unattended. We have a Maltese fur baby upstairs. Cell service is limited In the Sterling area Verizon works best, ATT and T-mobile do not work much at all. We do have WiFi.
