Lovely stone house, classified 3 stars as tourist accommodation. Located 200 m from the beach . Enclosed garden with outdoor parking. Trampoline and ping pong. House with neat decoration, comfortable and well-equipped. Quiet and sunny. Master bedroom on the ground floor with SB and WC. 4 bedrooms on the 1st floor, 2 bathrooms and 1 bathroom. On the 2nd floor, a large games room, TV and 2 single beds. Multiple activities nearby: Golf, Tennis, Kite surfing, bicycles, monuments, gastronomy... The space My house is not a rental house. This is OUR home, and we go often. We love him. We leave games, DVDs, Children's equipment: , 2 BB beds, stroller, trampoline and small house in the garden, croquet, board games, buckets and sand shovels,... plus many games , books and DVDs left available. ... for you to feel at home. The house is warm even in bad weather. The colors, the fireplace, the atmosphere ... make it feel good! And in good weather, we have lunch outside in the sun and sheltered from the wind then we go for a walk on the beach sometimes windy but the light is beautiful, the horses train for trot shopping. I especially like this beach at low tide. We are located in the middle of the bay, it is more wild, there are very few people even on August 15, in summer! We are quiet and sometimes there is even a seal that lounge in the sun in front of us . The sea is not cold in summer; much less than in North Brittany! But be careful the sea can be dangerous; don't get away! Behind the house there are marshes that promise nice walks. The farmhouse at the home that offers local products, a bakery so good to access, a charcutier ... Everything is easily accessible without driving hours! You'll have a great holiday here!
