Welcome to The Nook, a cozy garden - level non smoking/non vaping suite with private entrance. This is part of a single family home on a quiet cul-de-sac, surrounded by oaks & pine trees. We are 20 minutes from Asheville, the Biltmore Estate and scenic Blue Ridge Pkwy, in a convenient location to explore all that the area has to offer. We are excited to share with you our brand new space ~clean, bright, modern & comfortable, perfect for a couple, a family of 4, or a business traveler. The Nook is a newly remodeled 800 sq ft non smoking basement suite, super clean and comfortable. It features an open floor plan with private bathroom and 1 private bedroom, with the living room convertible to a second bedroom. It has a full kitchen and a dining area. The bedroom has a new queen sized bed and mattress with mattress topper and a large walk in closet with ample space to hang clothes and store luggage. The bathroom is newly remodeled with a walk- in shower, plenty of towels and closet space. The living room features a smart TV, side table for your drinks, and an area to store your outdoor garments, plus a hide -a-bed couch that converts to a second queen bed. The main living area also includes a dining nook with seating for four. The attractive modern kitchen features a full fridge-freezer, stovetop with oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all the dishes you need to make an in-home meal. The 55" HD Smart TV has Youtube TV, Disney+, HBO, Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime for your enjoyment. We have an acre of trees surrounding the property which includes a fire pit and wood stump seating for you to enjoy. We love guests and are very knowledgeable about Asheville and the surrounding areas. If you are looking for recommendations for restaurants, hikes, shopping, cultural or seasonal activities, we have suggestions for you! We also give our guests the privacy they deserve while on vacation, so if you need something please reach out. We live in the house above so we are close at hand. Please be sure to enter all guests that will be traveling in your party in order to get the accurate rate. The first two guests are included in the rate, however, guests 3 & 4 are charged an additional flat fee per guest per day. Please Note: Although we love animals we do not permit pets in our apartment as some of our family members and possible future guests have pet allergies. We strive to keep our space as clean as possible and accessible to all. Thank you for your understanding. You have a private driveway to park your vehicle and a private entrance. You will enter the "Nook" using a keypad so there is no need for you to carry a key. The driveway is large enough for two vehicles. We are an active family of four that live above "The Nook". Mike and Jane are available to answer your questions and help you during your stay. Our home is located in a private and quiet 4 home neighborhood. There is only one entrance from the main road giving you a quiet secluded experience. We are located 15 - 20 minutes to downtown Asheville, The Parkway, Bent Creek, West Asheville and many other areas. We follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance.
