Completely refurbished and fully equipped, our 27 square meter flat is peaceful, cosy, bright and decorated in a chalet style for a real change of scenery. It has a hall with several closets, a living room with a separate fully-equipped kitchenette and a convertible sofa for 2 people (160X200cm mattress), a room with 2 single bunk beds, and a shower room. The bedding is excellent to ensure optimal comfort, and the convertible sofa opens and folds very easily in a matter of seconds. “Cherry on the cake”, you will enjoy a breathtaking view on the Mont Blanc from the balcony and maximum sunshine. Apartment fully equipped: internet, smart TV, dishwasher, sheets and towels, “raclette” cheese grill device, Nespresso machine, hair dryer, kettle… A private ski locker and a bicycle room are also available in the residence. In a residence carefully-maintained, our flat is a couple of minutes walk from the main street and Aiguille du Midi cable car, 10 minutes walk from the train station and just opposite to Chamonix Sud bus stop so that you can fully enjoy everything Chamonix has to offer! There are many restaurants (take-away and home-delivery), shops and laundries nearby. Access to a free communal underground or outdoor car park nearby is provided upon request but it is on a "first come, first served" basis, which means that parking spots cannot be guaranteed (especially during peak season).
