Private room and private bath in nice N. Richland home. This room is very spacious with plenty of natural & added lighting. You will find closet & storage space. It includes a 43" smart TV & 5g WiFi. The bed is quite comfortable with an extra support mattress padding. Coverings are warm and plentiful, as needed. The separate, but private bathroom includes a large, new, spacious shower, vanity & storage with bath essentials including hand, bath soap and shampoo. The separate, but private bathroom includes a large, new, spacious shower, vanity & storage with bath essentials including hand, bath soap and shampoo. Guest access Guests will have access to the kitchen for light meal prep and cooking. I have pots, pans, dishes and utensils. It's important to clean up after yourselves. The kitchen is spacious with a counter bar and dining room table. You may use optional refrigerator shelf and a kitchen cupboard. My freezer space is limited. The laundry room is available for guests who stay a week or more, which includes a washer and dryer. You will need to provide your own laundry essentials or feel free to use mine and leave a couple dollars for each load. Occasionally and infrequently, I have a visiting dog. He's an older (15 years) lab mix, and prefers to be left alone. He's usually in my bedroom or outside in the fenced yard. On occasion, I dog sit a 3 year old female black lab, who is quite social and friendly. During your stay I, happily, answer any questions about the space, provide restaurant information and recommendations, and share conversation, as you choose. I am happy to leave you alone and let you do your thing, as well. Mutual respect always. :) Other things to note I welcome each and every guest. I ask guests to respect me, my home and other guests. Please know my home is a quieter home; I start dimming lights 9pm and ask the common areas not to be used at that time, until morning. Early starts are fine, starting 6am. You will be provided a personal 4 digit code to access the front door, and you can come and go, as you please.
