Whangapoua 2 mins walk to beach

New to Airbnb. Modern renovated beach house, 2 mins walk to beach on child friendly road. The space Our holiday home has had a fabulous renovation. It has a new kitchen, new bathroom, new laundry with second toilet, repainted and new flooring throughout, gas hot water and hob. A newly refurbed three-bedroom bach on the child-friendly Opera Place, just 2 minutes walk from the beautiful white sands of Whangapoua beach. You can see the beach access from the deck and watch the children out playing on bikes and scooters on the road. The house has three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, basin and toilet, an additional toilet and vanity in the stylish new laundry and an open-plan kitchen/living/dining. The kitchen is brand new with a F&P double dishdrawer, F&P built in oven, F&P plumbed fridge freezer for chilled filtered water and ice, gas hob, microwave and everything else you'd expect to find. There is a very large deck with adjustable louvres, outdoor furniture and Weber bbq, along with a heated outdoor shower. The beds are as follows (Airbnb does not have all the sizes of beds available to select). We do not provide linen as standard as there are no laundry services in Whangapoua. If you really need linen, please enquire and I will see if it can be arranged. Bedroom 1: Super King Bedroom 2: Queen Bedroom 3: King Single, Single and additional Single trundle bed. The is stored away under the king single and has a proper mattress and frame. It can be put next to the King Single to make a Super King, or used as a separate Single bed. The garage has a large Viking double kayak you can use, along with some other beach toys. Please bring your own life jackets. Fibre internet and 55" TV. Portable sound system on breakfast bar with bluetooth connectivity. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, garage, lawn and driveway. Other things to note Please note linen, towels etc are not provided as standard. If you do require linen and towels please let me know in advance and I'll see if I can arrange it.
