Wheelchair access via ramp to front door. 3 bedrooms and dining/kitchen areas all have AC. Quiet area, nature reserve view from screened veranda with BBQ. Booking for 5 people, up to max 7 people $20pp pn. Bring your dog only $15 each/night (max 2 dogs). Unlimited WiFi. Only one street back from the main beach, kiosk, jetty and boat ramp, come enjoy a weekend break or family holiday. The space Our house has comfortable lived in feel with ample utensils and appliances to make your stay comfortable. Bathrooms recently renovated and the kitchen cabinets doors are on the list to be replaced. The 600 m2 Perulpa Play Paddock is part of the property offering so feel free to play cricket, bocci, volley ball, badminton or park the boat etc. If raining alot please don't drive on and leave tyre tracks. There are some board games and play items available along with CD's, DVD and an X-Box loaded with games to enjoy but we do ask if you use anything please return in good order to the location you found them. The street is smooth concrete with slow infrequent traffic and reasonably safe for scooters but supervision recommended for young kids. Guest access Guests have access to whole house and the paddock next to it. No access to a locked 4 drawer cabinet in lounge room. No access the three sheds. No access to boat/s or paddle boards Other things to note No linen provided just bed mattress protector. It is common practice on Coochie in order to keep Cleaning and Laundry prices down. Bring all your favourite sheets and bedding to to fit the following sizes: Sleeps: up to 7 people in 3 rooms Room 1: 1 x queen bed Room 2: 1 x Double bed Room 3: 1 x queen bed Coochie is very small, you may walk from north to south in around 10 minutes and you can walk around the entire island in under 1 hour. This holiday stay is about 200m from drop off points. There is no convenience shop so bring what you need. Bring coffee pods for DeLonghi Nespresso machine, Aldi is best value called Neroma. NBN WiFi and Smart TV updated but during the day we prefer to explore surrounds and go to the beach.
