YouTube TV available. Close to Mary's Woods! The space This apartment is within an existing home with your own private entrance and covered parking with light sensors to your door. For safety reasons we have recently installed a security camera in the car parking area, there are no other cameras. The space is newly furnished including full size washer/dryer (laundry supplies are provided), convection oven with microwave, air fryer, granite counters, tiled shower, beautiful gourmet kitchen with dishwasher, Queen size bed in the master with an amazing mattress, Double hide-a-bed in the office/den, Garden views from all windows. The bathroom has a shower only, there is no bath. Dedicated eco friendly heating and cooling system operated via remote control. Very serene environment. Satellite TV, Smart TV, Strong High Speed Internet. All new linens, china/silverware, cookware and utensils, air fryer, air popcorn popper, and a nutribullet for smoothies. Bathroom essentials. Close to Mary S Young State Park, Willamette River, and several hiking/jogging trails in the neighborhood. Guest access Lighted petanque court and garden. Please arrange for the outdoor lights to be turned on for the court ahead of time. Newly added summer 2021, gas firepit, and patio! There are two small stairs down when entering the suite. They are 4" and 5" sized. They will be stairs up when leaving the suite. Other things to note We provide ground coffee, an electric coffee maker, as well as a variety of teas, sugar, and creamers. There is also a Brita water filtration reservoir and a full-size Nutri-bullet blender/smoothie maker, popcorn popper, and toaster along with the major kitchen appliances. There is not a full-size oven. There is a large size convection/microwave oven. Cooking spices and oils are also provided. In the bathroom, you will find a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, Kleenex and more.
