The Pink Cliff House is the ideal place to relax after hiking through the nearby National Parks. This cozy home boasts a private and relaxing patio looking out of the beautiful Pink Cliffs that surround Kanab. Comfortable living and sleeping spaces; with 2 queen beds, full/twin bunk bed, Smart TV's with Netflix and Amazon, WiFi, work space. Located on a quiet street just steps from the K-Hill Hiking Trail. The space Savor your morning coffee on the front bistro table and your afternoon cocktails under the shade of the covered outside patio. Enjoy cooking in the fully stocked kitchen or have an outdoor bbq on the patio after a day of hiking and sight-seeing. Kick back and relax while surfing the web or watching TV using your Netflix and Prime Accounts. The gas fireplace in the living room provides ambiance as well as heat when needed. The overhead fan helps to keep the space cool after a day in the Utah sun. The dining table can be used for both dining and working. There is a dedicated office/desk space in the 2nd bedroom and a separate/private work area in the 3rd bedroom if you need to get away for an important work call or school assignment. The master bathroom has a large soaker tub and the amazing shower has jets that can help you relax and unwind. The 2nd full bath is clean and spacious with a separate shower/tub combo. Comes with soap, shampoo/conditioner, and plenty of towels. Guest access As our guest you have access to the front and back patios. The back patio has a charcoal grill as well. You have a full kitchen as well as a washer and dryer for your use. The 3rd bedroom also has a small kitchenette with a microwave, mini-fridge, and Keurig coffee maker. The garage is available for those that prefer to keep their car out of the elements and the driveway can be used for additional parking. There is also street parking available directly in front of the house. Other things to note Sometimes the back sliding door can be somewhat tricky to close and lock. I find it easiest to close the door, lock, pull back sightly and lock again.
