The house is about 80 square meters in size and has central air conditioning. This is a house that was renovated 8 months ago, the walls, carpets, kitchen, and bathroom are all new. Water, electricity, internet Wi-Fi, Chinese and English TV programs are all included in the nightly price at no extra charge. The swimming pool and laundry room next door are open 24 hours a day. The swimming pool is free to use. The washing machine and dryer in the laundry room require a personal credit card to pay for washing and drying. The tennis court and gym next to the leasing office are also free to use. During the pandemic, swimming pool, gym and tennis courts require an appointment in advance. If you like my place, you can book and stay anytime according to the calendar. The house is very clean, and after the guest leaves, I and the cleaner will carefully clean the room and disinfect it, so you can stay with peace of mind. In this apartment, I also provide shampoo, bodyworks, hand towels, bath towels, body lotion and a hairdryer. For some reasons, I can’t provide any slippers, toothpaste and toothbrush. I apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for loving my place. Glasses, bowls, dishes, ordinary utensils (chopsticks, knives, forks, spoons), etc. are provided in the kitchen and are all in the dishwasher.A kettle and disposable cup are on the table.All pots and dishwasher special cleaners are in the kitchen cabinet.Disposable utensils are in the kitchen cabinet drawer.I will provide shampoo, bath liquid, towel, large bath towel, body lotion and hair dryer in the room.Due to previous feedback from some guests, slippers and toothbrush toothpaste are no longer available in the room.
