Beautiful historic home built in 1889. Comfortable and peaceful , yet right in the heart of the village. Views of the beautiful FDR International bridge over the Lubec Narrows are gorgeous! Walk to all downtown amenities, enjoy spectacular sunrises! Everything you need to have an amazing relaxing vacation! Myriads of hiking trails nearby. Beach in walking distance. The space Our home has 3 upstairs bedrooms, a well-stocked galley kitchen, and a propane outdoor grill. There is a spectacular 270 degree glassed in sunporch that is a favorite of all our guests. There is 100mg wifi, and basic cable, and a smart tv. There is a yard large, and beautiful views from almost every angle. All linens provided! Guest access There is a large area to park right next to the front door. There is a large yard with a bench and a picnic bench for your use. There are kind neighbors in our peaceful village. The home is set right downtown, and it is easy to walk to all restaurants and pubs, grocery, Mowry beach and the town docks to watch the lobster boats and beautiful sunsets. Other things to note We accept a small non-barking well trained dog for an additional $100. non refundable pet fee. We prefer no more than 4 adults, and no more than a total of 6 total guests. There is an additional 100$ per stay fee for each guest over 4.
