Cozy basement apartment in house

This apartment is in the basement of our family home in the Maple Leaf neighborhood of North Seattle. We are close to public transit, 15 minutes from downtown and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Sleep comfortably in the quiet queen bedroom, relax in the living area while you watch your favorite Netflix or Amazon shows or cook in the small but efficient kitchen. The space The space is in the basement of our family home. We have two boys, ages 7 and 3. We use the space when we do not have guests, so there are toys available for children to use during the stay. They can also be put away if you would prefer to not see toys. There is a second, small bedroom across from the main bedroom which has a double bed. The door to this room is a sliding door with a window, so other guests can see through. Guest access The basement is yours during your stay and has a private entrance. We do use the laundry downstairs, but only will during your stay if you are here for 5 nights or longer and will make arrangements to make it convenient for you. You are, of course, welcome to use the laundry as well. The living area, bathroom and bedrooms are private. The backyard is available for you to use during your stay. We have plenty of street parking and one private parking space available for your use. Other things to note Our children go to bed between 8 and 9 but have sound machines in their rooms so do not hear other sounds unless they are really loud. They wake up in the mornings between 7:30 and 8:30, but are usually not too loud, and in the bedroom downstairs they are hard to hear, though you may hear the sound of feet above you from time to time, and from the living area in the apartment you may hear their voices. The most noise can be heard from the living room downstairs, but much less from the bedrooms.
