Cosy 17th Century cottage in the South Downs

Recently refurbished with many original features. Large enclosed, dog-secure garden with parking for 3 cars. 2 large living/ dining spaces with Sky TV. 2 wood burning stoves. 2 patios with comfy patio furniture and barbeque. Large fully equipped kitchen. 3 double bedrooms with ensuite shower bathrooms plus downstairs loo. Lovely quiet village with great walks nearby and a pub across the road with excellent food. 15 min drive from Brighton. We have a 3 night minimum stay. The space The cottage has a lovely feel to it - lots of exposed beams but a blend of old and new. Please note that there are some low beams/ceilings! It is detached and the owners will not be nearby, although neighbours will be on hand if you need any help with anything. Guest access You will have access to the patio, garden and car parking spaces, as well as all of the living spaces. There is a separate annexe which is unoccupied and locked. Other things to note There is no mobile phone coverage in the house but there is free wifi. Public transport is limited. It would be best if you had a car.
