Lovely and spacious home on a cul-de-sac in a nice and quiet neighborhood, great location for UM games and close to downtown and central campus. Guests have use of the whole first and second floor of the unit with exclusive use of one bedroom, family room and three bathrooms while some common areas as the kitchen might be shared with the owner. The space Welcome! My home is an end-unit in a very quiet cul-de sac in a small and peaceful neighborhood on the west side of Ann Arbor. It is conveniently located just two miles to downtown and Michigan Stadium, very easy to find and close to I 94 but at the same time removed from the through traffic. A city park and playground is just across the backyard. There is room for one car in my garage, as well as plenty of free parking on designated spaces in the streets. While the listing is for the entire place, this is my home and I might be around some of the days when I am not travelling, keeping the third floor for myself. Guests have use of the whole house but the third floor. Downstairs are living room, formal dining room and the fully equipped kitchen with an extendible table that can easily host eight people. There is also a nice and spacious deck with table and chairs. The master bedroom with en suite batroom is on the second floor. The room is very spacious and, if needed, a single bed can be easily added. Room 2 is the family room with a very comfortable brand new sofa bed, a big TV, and a full bathroom. I will keep the third floor for myself. This is my home and I live here. While I will be away most of the time, you will likely see me in the evenings brewing a cup of tea.
