Casa Mare is a cozy, detached vacation home in a very nice hillside location, above the town of Dolcedo. From the terrace around the house you can expect a breathtaking panoramic view of the valley, the mountains and the sea. Due to the remote location, you can relax and unwind in complete peace. At night you can see the sea of lights of the city of Imperia below you. The space Casa Mare is a cozy, detached vacation home in a very nice hillside location, above the town of Dolcedo. It can accommodate 6 people. 4 parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. From the terrace around the house you can expect a breathtaking panoramic view of the valley, the mountains and the sea. Due to the remote location, you can relax and unwind in complete peace. At night you can see the sea of lights of the city of Imperia below you. In the upper area of the house there is a bedroom with double bed, TV, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom. In addition, a guest toilet. The bathroom is equipped with: shower, sink, toilet, bidet and hair dryer. The living/dining area is comfortably equipped with smart TV, air conditioning and pellet stove. The attached kitchen offers you: dishwasher, 4-burner gas stove, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and there is enough dishes, cutlery, as well as pots and pans. Two hand towels and two dish towels are available for you per week. On the ground floor you will find two bedrooms with TV and air conditioning, one of the two bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and hair dryer. The house has a washing machine and an additional large fridge/freezer combination in the lower area. The sun terrace invites you to eat, grill and linger with a large garden table and chairs. It also offers plenty of space for the sun loungers. Wi-Fi is available on both floors and on the terrace without limit. The house is ideal for families or groups who want to enjoy not only the beach, but also dine on their own terrace and sunbathe. The house is not suitable and equipped for children under 4 years of age. Smoking is not allowed in the house. Unfortunately, no pets are permitted. The final cleaning is €120.00, (incl. linen) as the house is cleaned with great effort. Electricity is billed according to usage at €0.50 per kWh. Linens are included in the rental price. Towels on request (1x bath towel and 1x hand towel) €10,- per person/stay. Tourist tax is €1.00 per person/night for the first 5 days. The remaining days are free of charge.
