House is nicely divided for privacy and gives everyone their own private space. This space consist of 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a living room area with a futon. Microwave, coffee maker (Keurig style) and mini refrigerator located in this area as well. There is a common kitchen, dining and living room area. The space is located in a upper bonus area with permanent tenants living on main level and basement in their own private areas. The space Located in a quiet cul de sac near the heart of downtown Atlanta and Decatur. Airport is only 15 minutes away. Guest access Guest will have access to all common areas...including the washer and dryer for 7 day or more stays. Guest May park in cul de sac.
