For bookings exceeding 30 days, guests must arrange for a cleaner to service the property on a monthly basis. The owner of property has the right to enter property for maintenance purposes 24 hours notice will be given. A bond fee of $3,000 will be collected and refunded upon departure, provided there are no damages caused by pets or guests This amount is charged to guests staying 30 days or more.
