A quiet summer house by the sea. A 5-minute drive to the center of Fira, located in a beautiful area of the island. The space The little island house has traditional, cob furniture in its bedroom and sitting-room/ kitchen area. It sits on a 370m2 plot of land with three separate sections and an entrance area where you can also park your car. The patio has a traditional couch where you can have your siesta or even sleep outside at night, a table and two chairs, so feel free to enjoy your coffee, meals and drinks outside, to the sounds of breaking waves, island wildlife and the wind. The second level, where the heated, 2m x 3m hot tub is situated, also features a wooden pergola under which there is a built, cob table and very big couch for your meals, siesta, relaxation. The big hot tub looks out on the deep-blue Aegean Sea. The third level boasts a very old olive tree with a low bench around it so you can sit under its shade and enjoy the ocean view. Behind it, adjacent to the outer fence, there is a built bench where you can rest at day or night as you look down at the Aegean from the highest spot of the property. Guest access Guests may use all areas except the owner's private space, clearly separated by one white wooden door at the patio and a white rope to the right of the front entrance. Other things to note The house is designed to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible! Relax and enjoy the possibilities of the smart TV in the sitting room, have fun cooking in the kitchen, lie down in the comfortable full-size bed with the memory foam overmattress and absorb the sounds and smells of nature around you. The patio with the traditional Santorini couch is among the favorite spots. Sip a glass of exquisite Santorini wine, read your favorite book, share memorable moments with your group, or simply lie down and take time for yourself. The second level has the very big heated jacuzzi which you can enjoy while looking at the deep blue Santorini ocean. Next to it is the lounge area where you can sit, sleep, relax under the pergola, on a comfortable corner couch. On the third level, which is the highest spot of the property, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding land, the sea and the old tomato factory.
