This listing is a dedicated (2 PERSON MAX) guest suite, separate from the main house, private entry door, spacious living room, UPSTAIRS queen bedroom, private bath, eating area with a mini fridge, Keurig, microwave, and toaster oven. Pickleball Updated 18th C. farmhouse, pastoral setting. Near Blue Marsh Lake/trails, historic sites, Lancaster Co., all easy drive. Convenient shopping/dining minutes away. PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU HAVE VERIZON YOUR CELL PHONE MAY NOT HAVE RECEPTION IN THE HOME. The space Second floor bedroom with Queen size sleigh bed, spacious, bright living room, kitchenette including a dinette as well as a computer work space. The only shared space is the large back patio area. Bring your bikes, boat or jet skis to our large parking area. Verizon cell phone users please note: Reception inside the unit is poor. Other carries are fine. Guest access Guests have access to the entire suite of rooms with private entrance. The only common area is the patio which is quite spacious with ample seating. This is a favorite spot for guests to unwind and relax. Please note the living room is adjacent to the farmhouse but not shared. Other things to note *** This is a 2 GUEST RENTAL. If you would like to visit with a friend or 2 or a family member, YOU MUST NOTIFY THE HOST- PRIOR to inviting anyone into the unit. THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. ***The outdoor patio steps may be lit via the switch inside the entrance door should you be out for the evening. Please use this to avoid falls*** Trash is collected early Friday morning. You are responsible to have any co-mingled trash in the trash receptacle in the left barn bay by Thursday evening. This is a vacation rental not a rental home or apartment. Therefore we assume the right to remove anyone who violates any of the house rules or attempts to stay past the dates approved.
