The "Kleine Auszeit" is located in the "Residenz am Balmer See," a beautiful complex directly on the Achterwasser. The Kaiserbad Bansin is about 8 minutes by car or you can enjoy the countryside on the way there by bike via varied bike routes. Located directly on the nature reserve, you will find peace and relaxation for your "little break" here on Lake Balmer. Due to the location of the apartment on the 2nd floor, it is not directly "visible" - so you don't need to fear disturbing views from the outside. You can enjoy your breakfast in the cozy living / dining area or perhaps on the balcony, where you can also wind down the day in the evening with a glass of wine. By the way, from noon you have a place in the sun – so you can enjoy the coffee or tea twice! Well-equipped kitchen.
