Old Mill and River Walk Retreat

Located in the heart of Bend, you are walking distance to the River trail, Old Mill Districts wonderful shops and restaurants, several parks and Hayden Homes Amphitheater. Very easy access to Cascade Lakes Highway, Phils trail, Mt Bachelor and all the outdoor adventuring you will need. Short drive or beautiful 2 mile river trail walk to Downtown Bend! The space Our vacation rental is a private 1 bedroom, 1 bath above the garage space with a full kitchen, open living/dining space and outdoor deck! You are detached from the main house and have lots of privacy. Guest access The entire home and patio is yours! A lock box and code will be provided so you are free to come and go! You will have one designated parking space in front of the entrance and there is also street parking available if needed. This is a second floor dwelling, so you must be able to navigate stairs; some without a railing! Other things to note This is a above the garage home and we use the garage regularly (especially in Winter). Monday through Friday we leave for work early (~6am). You will hear the garage. Most guests are undisturbed but if you are a light sleeper you will hear us! There is a $25 pet fee to cover the extra cleaning your fur babies require.
