The suite is conveniently located 1 mile from the freeway which makes getting to just about anyplace in the area a breeze, there is hardly ever traffic. Last, there is a bakery, library and year round farmers market in walking distance of the house. We also pride on having 2 takeout restaurants within walking distance that offer vegan and gluten free options!! The house is old, full of warmth and welcome. This apartment is located in a multifamily building. One unit per floor. Private: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room. Shared spaces within the house: Studio. I use the large room right outside of the apartment that has a separate entrance to teach cello, early childhood music, Spanish and rehearse with fellow musicians and artists. My husband sometimes uses the studio for group coaching. The studio is not used that much and you can access it freely when not in use. Other shared spaces: laundry(washer and dryer in the basement), front porch, back yard and 2 bikes available upon request. Enjoy hammocks, BBQ and picnic table in the green space. We highly appreciate neighborliness and respect since this is our home. The neighborhood is very quite and safe. You'll be living in town but feeling like in the woods. You will see deer, rabbits and birds on a regular basis in the backyard. There is a bus that runs every hour. RTA Cleveland(We can help you out if you need more details). The Garfield Park and Bedford Reservation are very close, as well as one of the Cuyahoga Library branches and a little shopping center within walking distance. A Farmer´s Market is also within walking distance and they have good food and very convenient prices. Bedford Heights is very close. Probably 15 minutes in bike. You can visit the falls or the square and hangout at the cafes or go to the gym. You will probably hear me practicing cello upstairs and in my studio (at reasonable times). I hope you feel comfortable with it. You might also hear me teaching, recording or rehearsing on my studio next to your apartment as well. Travelling times to hot spots: Whole Foods is about 7 minutes by car. Lakewood, Cleveland Heights and Ohio City about 25 minutes by car in no traffic. Shaker Heights is about 15 minutes by car.
