The Farmhouse of Woods Hill Farm is located on 260 acres at the foothills of the beautiful White Mountains in the quaint town of Bath, NH. The Farmhouse was built in 1849 and has been renovated throughout the years. It has 8 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, a large kitchen with a dining area + a lovely fireplace, a dining room, a wet bar, a reading nook & parlor room. The farm is fully operational and supplies our restaurants Woods Hill Table, Woods Hill Pier4, and Adelita. Located in Bath, New Hampshire, Kristin Canty bought The Farm at Woods Hill in 2013. The Farm at Woods Hill is committed to pasturing and humanely raising livestock as well as sustainable farming practices. Today, we supply our restaurants Woods Hill Table, Wood Hill Pier 4, & Adelita with the best pasture-raised meats and ecologically viable ingredients available. Each year we produce over 40 beef cows, nearly 200 pigs, 300 laying hens, 2400 ducks, and 120 lambs. As well as blueberries, raspberries, garlic, pumpkins, apples, herbs, and other vegetables. Our 265-acre property also boasts five beehives, and 300 mushroom logs that sprout a variety of mushrooms including oyster, shiitake, and lion’s mane. The free-range poultry, pasture-raised pigs, and 100% grass-fed and finished beef and lamb are all raised without antibiotics or growth hormones. The animals grow at the pace of their natural life cycle and the animals are healthy—naturally—which also promotes the health of the land. The farmhouse has 8 unique bedrooms, and 5 full bathrooms, one of which includes a whirlpool tub. There are 3 Kings, 3 Queens, 3 Full, and 1 bunk bed. The farmhouse has a fully equipped kitchen with 2 ovens, a large refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, and an antique butcher block. There is a kitchen table that seats 6 in front of the brick fireplace. Attached to the kitchen is a wet bar with ample storage + connected to the wet bar is a more elegant dining room that seats 8. There is a parlor with a baby grand piano. There is also a warm reading nook on the second floor with a wonderful view of Mount Moosilauke + many book options. On the third floor, there is a yoga studio. On the main floor of the farmhouse, there is a laundry room with a washer + dryer & a mud room where, boots, coats, and gear can be stored. All of the mattresses, bedding, and towels in the farmhouse are made of non-toxic & organic materials. We use the most Eco-friendly cleaners to clean the farmhouse + we compost & recycle. We have created a series of trails that display how serene and beautiful the property is. Whether you enjoy snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, mountain biking, or walking we have plenty of terrain for any activity. So grab your boots, bring your gear, & hit the trails! The guests will have access to the entire farmhouse via keypad entry: mudroom, laundry room, kitchen, living room, all bedrooms, dining room, parlor, & wet bar. Please contact us through the app if you have any questions. Bath, NH is a quaint town with one of the oldest covered bridges left in New Hampshire. Next to the covered bridge sits the Brick Store is the oldest continuously running general store in America, it's a must see on your way to the farmhouse. Along with restaurants there are many breweries such as Iron Furnance in Franconia, Reklis in Bethlehem, & Schillings in Littleton. Enjoy Live music at the Colonial Theater in Bethlehem, stroll through Main Street of Littleton , the Littleton Farmers Market on every Sunday 10 AM- 1PM in the Summer. Go Kayaking, Canoeing, or even tubing on the Ammonoosuc River, put in by the Covered Bridge! Go for a hike in Franconia Notch.
