The Farmhouse is located on 260 acres at the foothills of the beautiful White Mountains in the quaint town of Bath, NH. The house was built in 1849 and has been renovated throughout the years. It has 8 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, a large kitchen, a dining area, a fireplace, a dining room, a wet bar, a reading nook, and a parlor room. This house is on a fully operational farm and is perfect for those looking for a quiet peaceful getaway. The space Located in Bath, New Hampshire, Kristin Canty bought Woods Hill Farm in 2013. The Farm is committed to pasturing and humanely raising livestock as well as sustainable farming practices. Today, we supply our restaurants Woods Hill Table, Wood Hill Pier 4, and Adelita with the best pasture-raised meats and ecologically viable ingredients available. The farmhouse has 8 unique bedrooms, and 5 full bathrooms, one of which includes a whirlpool tub. There are 3 Kings, 3 Queens, 3 Full, and 1 bunk bed. The farmhouse has a fully equipped kitchen with 2 ovens, a large refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, and an antique butcher block. There is a kitchen table that seats 6 in front of the brick fireplace. Attached to the kitchen is a wet bar with ample storage. Connected to the wet bar is a more elegant dining room that seats 8. There is a parlor with a baby grand piano. There is also a warm reading nook on the second floor with a wonderful view of Mount Moosilauke and many book options. On the third floor, there is a yoga/quiet meditation space. Laundry Room available to guests who are booked for 3+ nights. We use non-toxic fragrance-free products to clean the farmhouse. We compost & recycle. This rental is perfect for those seeking a quiet and peaceful getaway. Please note Farm Management lives onsite adjacent to the Farmhouse. For guests staying with us from December through April: 4WD vehicles are required. We are located on backcountry unpaved roads that can be snow-covered or severely muddy during this time of year. We do not offer towing. Guest access The guests will have access to the farmhouse via keypad entry. Other things to note The Farmhouse water is UV-filtered. There is also a water dispenser that provides filtered cold and hot water. Others live or rent on the property, and quiet hours are 10:00 pm-6:00 am Please note Farm Management lives onsite adjacent to the Farmhouse. For guests staying with us from December through April: 4WD vehicles are required. We are located on unpaved backcountry roads that can be snow-covered or severely muddy during this time of year. We do not offer towing. -Electric Vehicles: Please plan and charge your vehicles at the established charging stations. Please don't plug your cars into the rental house. A $75.00/day fee will be charged for any plugged-in vehicles. -You have access to an outdoor fire pit and an indoor fireplace. We do not provide firewood for your stay - plan ahead.
