Super fast internet, and gourmet kitchen with all the latest tools. Botanical Gardens and Nature Trail and Tarantula Hill are a block away. Paradise Falls and the Malls are less than a mile away. The space Char's World offers far more than any corporate establishment in the area. Char’s World is super clean with regular maid service. No carpet, wood floor, and tile throughout the home. We have super fast internet. This neighborhood and this home are very quiet. The home has plenty of areas to relax inside and out. This listing is a room for rent only and not the entire home. However you will have access to the homes resort like backyard, living room jam room, gym, kitchen, laundry, outdoor room and so much more. Your Host is on the property at all times. If you love to cook, we have a gourmet kitchen with kitchenware at your fingertips. Our street has plenty of insight street parking available and it could accommodate temporary large-vehicle parking and those with trailers, RV's, etc.. Just ask us about your needs and we can discuss the potential for adjustments. Just a few steps out the front door are the Botanical Gardens and Nature Trail. Char is a local Waterman also a retired Mountain Biker. Char can offer guided surfing, paddle boarding, mountain biking and nature trail experiences including other guided activities at a fair price. Char loves to share. We offer our home to meet travelers like us. We truly look forward to hosting Guest access Guest will have access to all common areas (Living Room, Kitchen, Entire Backyard, Laundry Room, etc….) We also have Surfboards, Bicycles, Skateboards, Tennis Rackets, Baseball bats, mitts and balls, Footballs, Basketballs, Yoga mats, and Golf Clubs all available for a small negotiable fee. We quietly work from home most days, so help is always around. We look forward to hosting you. During your stay We will offer you all the privacy and peace you want.
