Dining/breakfast room overlooking the River Severn. Fully fitted kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer. Washing machine and dishwasher. Welome pack of tea coffee milk sugar and biscuits. Sitting room and a living room with TV, DVD, stereo/CD player, WiFi, library of books, games and DVDs. Riverside garden with furniture and BBQ. Off road parking for 3 cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. City centre is just a 5 minute walk away. Shops, bars and restaurants two mins walk. Gas central heating, power, bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Sorry, no smoking. Note: Due to close proximity of deep open water at front and rear, children must be very closely supervised at all times and care should be taken with dogs. Note: Due to the character and age of the property, the stairs are quite steep, however there is a handrail down one side. For breaks shorter than 7 nights, check in/out days can be accomodated on Friday. Saturday.Sunday, Monday or Tuesday.
