Ducks waddle up the bank to visit, pelicans glide past at the end of the backyard. Cycle/ walkway is directly opposite —go left towards town or right through the dunes to the boat ramps. House is a 4 minute drive to the Dunsborough town. Quindalup boat ramp is a minutes drive away. Nearby attractions —caves, wineries, art galleries, golfing, fishing. The space 4 bedrooms for a max 8 persons. Ample parking to park boats. We offer use of our boat mooring at a small fee — $50 per day or $250 weekly. Contact us if you require this service. On online bank payment clearance we will provide the identifying details for its location. However we take no responsibility for damage, theft or loss of the boat and its contents. Guest access The owner will text/ email the house address and lock box code prior guests arrival. Scramble the code on collecting the keys and on returning the keys to the box on departure, Guests have use of the house except for the owners linen cupboard, the cleaners cupboard, owners boat garage and storage shed. Other things to note Op Our cottage house is registered as a holiday home with the W.A. Government, STRA. The Shire has determined that 8 guests are our maximum. Bookings to be placed by adults and any teenagers in the group must have adults present in our house for the entire length of stay. The linen is ordered according to the number of guests and the beds they require so please state correct number of adults and children. The house cannot be sublet when booked. That means you cannot invite others down to stay without booking them in. Your bond of $1000 will be forfeited if this occurs. There is a folder on the bench which tells about useful information eg. bin collection days and reticulation days etc. Our house is unfenced and backs onto a calm and slow- flowing Toby’s Inlet. We offer use of our mooring but take no responsibility for damage or loss of boat or it’s contents. Rowing type watercraft (canoes and kayaks) are allowed on the Inlet but the Shire has said NO to any watercraft with motors. We have amazing birdlife here.
