On the upper floor there is a second bathroom with a shower, toilet and 2 basins. A baby bed is available upon request. There is also a third, very small bedroom with a single bed on the upper floor. An external staircase leads from the 1st floor to a spacious roof terrace offering a picturesque panoramic view of the bay and its surrounding pine forests. Located on the ground floor of the villa is the open plan kitchen and the spacious and light-flooded living and dining area with satellite TV and hi-fi system. A guest bathroom is also situated on the ground floor. Floor-to-ceiling doors lead from the dining area to one of the numerous terraces with sea views - inviting to breakfast and dinner under pine trees with a spectacular view similar to the one from a lighthouse! The garden apartment has direct access to the sun terrace and the garden, but limited view.
