In Ostuni, 2 km from the centre and 8 km from the sea, ‘Hasamami’ is a splendid villa with a Saracen trullo, free parking, 4 double rooms, with eco-sustainable furnishings and made in Italy design, for a regenerating holiday with friends and/or family. The splendid swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests, the outdoor relaxation areas, and the emotional showers in the bathrooms, will provide you with a multi-sensory experience throughout your stay. The space Hasamami is a wonderful villa with a total of 4 double bedrooms, for 8 adults and 2 children, ample private parking on the premises and a splendid swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. It is surrounded by an olive grove and orchard, and is a typical Apulian structure, an integral part of the cultural heritage and traditions of these places. The villa is completely fenced in with stone walls topped by security grilles covered by hedges and an electric gate to ensure maximum security and privacy for the house and allow any children and animals to run around freely. The villa has no steps or any climbs and is entirely on one floor. The rooms in the structure all have their own entrances and are not communicating with each other. Of the 4 double bedrooms, 3 have an internal entrance to the bathroom with window, Mitsubishi air conditioner, air exchange system, mini-bar, TV with Netflix and Amazon services and Ethernet cable. Of these 3, the green room overlooking the olive grove has a desk that can be used as a workstation. The fourth room (annexe) is detached from the main structure, adjacent to the bar and surrounded by the garden and is connected to its own bathroom with access from the outside. This is also the only room not equipped with a TV and minibar. The type and number of rooms must be agreed with the host and in some cases may require payment of an additional price, especially when there are promotions and particularly advantageous prices. The same applies to the availability of bathrobes and pool towels, which are not always included in the price, but can always be requested for an additional charge. Duvets are only included in the price from October to May, in other months an additional charge will be made. The living area is a space shared by the rooms where guests can linger in the living room with TV corner, use the kitchen equipped with crockery and pots and pans, dishwasher, induction hob, multifunction oven, fridge, freezer, ice machine, wine cooler to keep wine at the right temperature, coffee plunger, blender, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, moka coffee maker, juicer, barbecue and related tools. All basic crockery is adequate for the number of guests and no additional crockery or special utensils can be requested. The villa has a laundry shed where you can find household cleaning products and tools, washing machine, sink, hoover, ironing board and iron. The cleaning fee includes final cleaning and rubbish collection at the end of your stay. Rubbish collection, cleaning and linen change can be requested during the stay for an additional fee. For long stays, i.e. longer than one week, a change of linen and cleaning at the end of each week is included in the price (Friday/Saturday). Again, however, this service may be subject to an additional charge in the case of promotions/special offers. The villa has a marvellous large swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests, surrounded by a garden, equipped with sun loungers and beach towels and lit at night. The pool has a smaller shallow part for younger children and a deeper part for adults, as well as a ramp for disabled access and easier access for those with mobility problems. Outside, in the garden in front of the building separate from the main building, there is a jacuzzi that can be used for an additional fee of 30 euro per day. The linen, bathrobes and pool towels are by the prestigious yarn company Frette, the super-comfortable mattresses are Simmons. The bathrooms, with Margherita tiles by Nathalie Du Pasquier of Mutina, are equipped with emotional showers with waterfall effect, nebulisation and chromotherapy (Gessi brand). Although in the countryside, the villa is easily accessible and well connected to Ostuni, Carovigno, the sea (from which it is 8 km away) and all the necessary services (supermarkets, bars, restaurants) for a comfortable stay. Relaxation and wellbeing are guaranteed by the constant connection with nature that occurs not only outside, but also inside the villa where nature returns in the furnishings through the colours, the green of the lawns, the yellow of the sun, the blue of the sea and the use of organic materials (flowers, plants, seeds) such as those that make up the headboards of the beds. Not only nature and history but also tech & design, thanks to the use of the latest technology and modern, functional design furniture. Wifi is available in all rooms of the main accommodation, including patios and the swimming pool. Characterised by the freshness of Ostuni's white stone, the villa blends perfectly into the context of the Itria Valley, respecting the harmony of the naturalistic features of the landscape. The trullo is inspired by ecological principles: from the recharging station for electric vehicles located in the large internal car park, to the photovoltaic panels that make it energy self-sufficient, to the low-consumption electrical appliances, to the saving of water through the use of an artesian well also used to fill the swimming pool, to the care of the trees and the surrounding greenery, to the separate waste collection, to the furnishings composed solely of natural materials, everything was designed with low environmental impact, in harmony with nature. Furthermore, again in the outdoor space there are 4 patios, one in front of the kitchen-living room, with a table that can accommodate up to 12 people, one adjacent to the wood-burning oven and barbecue, one adjacent to the swimming pool and, finally, one in the bar area, with sofa and armchairs where you can relax in the open air.
