Lil's Place is situated in the small township of Happy Valley. Just a short walk to the beach but protected from the wind. The house is perfect for larger groups to a maximum of 10 persons with parking for 3 vehicles. With its state of the art Solar system complete with automatic backup generator, bring all the cold and frozen food you like to maximise your holiday. Inside, Lils has been recently renovated with large bedrooms, spacious living areas and modern furniture. Enjoy inside dinning at the large dinning room table or relax in the modern lounge room while catching the latest shows on the smart TV complete with Satellite TV. Alternatively why not cook up a storm on the beef master BBQ and enjoy dinner out on the large undercover outdoor deck. For breakfast, enjoy a coffee out on the observation deck and soak in the morning sun. Lil's Place comes fully equipped with a large Fridge Freezer in the Kitchen and an additional chest freezer in the laundry. The Kitchen has a gas stove and cook top as well as a 2 slice toaster and has every pot, pan, cup, plate and cutlery you could ever hope for in a holiday rental. Telstra mobile phone service is available and Lils place comes with complimentary Starlink WiFi. All you need to bring is bottom and top sheets, blankets, pillow cases and towels. ****Please Note**** . A little further north and in easy reach are the Cathedral Coloured Sands, Indian Head and the Champagne Pools. There are many other attractions close by including Central Station and Moon Point (inland side).
