New apartment building with 9 serviced apartments in hotel operation surrounded by nature and yet centrally located. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is spread over a living/dining area with sofa bed (has a mattress), a bedroom with double bed and a daylight bathroom with shower. Approx. 50 sqm. The apartment is flooded with light. You have a beautiful panoramic view directly of the adjacent nature reserve. The apartment is modernly furnished with a great lighting concept. The space The apartment is fully equipped due to the hotel business. It has towels, linens, toilet paper, shampoo, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, dishes, kettle, free Wi-Fi, free parking. Just arrive, feel good and relax. The bed is a double bed with the dimensions 1.80 * 2.00 m. There are two pillows per guest. A normal pillow and a neck support pillow with microgel. We shall supply wedge pillows on request. On request, a roll or breakfast service is possible in the morning for an additional fee. Breakfast is provided in breakfast boxes in the morning in front of the apartment door. In addition, we have a very nice outdoor sauna in the form of a panoramic sauna that can be used independently by our guests. Upon arrival, we show our guests how to turn on the sauna independently. Our guests can still use the sauna in the morning at 6 AM but also in the evening at 10 PM. As soon as you go into the sauna, simply turn the sign in front of the sauna to "occupied." This guarantees that you can use the sauna alone. Due to the increased energy costs, the use of the sauna during the stay costs a one-time fee of €10 gross per person. Sauna towels are provided free of charge. Massages can be booked in the apartment upon request. Intermediate cleaning of the apartment is possible on request. Fresh towels as well. Other things to note The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The price refers to an occupancy of up to two people. The 3rd and 4th person costs €25 gross/night extra. Children up to and including 7 years sleep for free. We provide a high chair, children's travel cot and bottle warmer free of charge on request. Dogs are allowed in this apartment. They cost €10 gross extra per night. The cost of the dog is then to be paid on site.
