New apartment building with 9 serviced apartments in hotel operation surrounded by nature and yet central. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is distributed in a living/dining area with sofa bed (has a mattress), one bedroom with double bed and a daylight bathroom with shower. Approx. 50 sqm. The apartment is flooded with light. You have a beautiful panoramic view directly at the adjacent nature reserve. The apartment is modern with a great lighting concept. The space The apartment is fully equipped due to the hotel business. It has towels, bed linen, toilet paper, shampoo, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, dishes, kettle, free WiFi, free parking. Just arrive, feel comfortable and relax. The bed is a double bed measuring 1.80 * 2.00 m. There are two pillows per guest. A normal pillow and a neck support pillow with microgel. We shall supply on request of Keilkissen. On request, a bread roll or breakfast service is available on request for an additional fee. Breakfast is provided in breakfast boxes in the morning in front of the apartment door. In addition, we have a very nice outdoor sauna in the form of a panoramic sauna, which can be used independently by our guests. Upon arrival, we show our guests how to turn on the sauna on their own. Our guests can still use the sauna in the morning at 6 o'clock or in the evening at 10 o'clock. As soon as you go to the sauna, just turn the sign in front of the sauna to "occupied". So it is guaranteed that you can use the sauna alone. Due to the increased energy costs, the use of the sauna during the stay costs €10 gross per person. Sauna towels will be provided free of charge. If desired, massages can be booked in the apartment. Intermediate cleaning of the apartment is possible on request. Likewise fresh hand towels. Other things to note The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The price refers to an occupancy of up to two people. The 3rd and 4th person each costs €25 gross / night extra. Children up to and including 7 years sleep for free. We provide free high chair, children's travel bed and bottle warmer on request. This apartment allows dog. They cost 10€ gross extra per night. The cost of the dog is then payable on site.
