The space The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (no lift available and some say the stairs are a bit steep... but know it’s worth it)...in a quit and safe area in Amsterdam. The apartment has a big living room with open (fully equipped) kitchen with a nice bar to have your breakfast and/or diner. In the living room there is a fire place, but also a nice balcony for sunny days. On the second floor of the apartment you will find 2 bedrooms; 1 master bedroom with a double sized bed and 1 guestroom with queen sized bed. Bathroom with shower, bath and a separate toilet. And then on the last floor you will find the best feature of the house; the rooftop! Enjoy a sunny day or romantic evening on the roof and see all the lights in Amsterdam…. Magic! The apartment is not suitable for smaller children, due to all the stairs, but perfect for a family with a teenager. It’s not allowed to have gatherings with friends/family or have extra visitors, unless discussed with the owner upfront. Guest access You have access to the whole house with kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom and living room. You do not have to share this apartment with others. Make yourself at home and treat the house as it was your own 😉. Other things to note Normal check-in and check-out times: Check-in between 14:00 - 20:00 pm. Check-out before 11:00 am.
