Nearby is the brewery district with over a dozen microbreweries. Hastings Park, the Pacific National Exhibition and T&T Supermarket are all within walking distance. Enjoy easy access to both Highway 1 and downtown. In house laundry is NOT available for guests, there is a coin laundromat at the corners of East 1st. Av and Renfrew a 10 minute walk. The space In our place you will find: - Radiant floors and 8-foot ceilings make our guest suite very comfortable and quiet. - A fully-equipped kitchen - including stove, microwave, refrigerator, pots /pans and more - awaits your culinary creativity. - A 40-inch flat-screen television with Netflix (no cable TV in the entire house) - Large patio with dining table and a large umbrella. For barbecue use please ask us how to light it up. - Please note that our apartment is NOT suitable for guests with small children or who have mobility issues. Other things to note The PNE grounds a 10 minute walk from our home and will be hosting the FIFA fan festival from June 11 - July 19, 2026. There will be live soccer games on large screens, music, food and other atractions. 1- The shower faucet has a round valve that you need to pull down so the water goes up to the shower head. 2- The apartment has its own radiant heat control. 3- Key-less entry. 4- There are stairs and a deep soaker tub which may NOT be ideal for guests with small children or mobility issues.
