Studio at 60. Walk to Beach and cafes.

Our private studio apartment is situated underneath the main house with private access through the gardens. Valla Beach is quiet and the beaches unspoilt. My husband and I live upstairs with our miniature schnauzers George and Hector who also share the garden. This is an ideal weekend retreat or beach holiday as we are an 8 minute walk to the cafes, beaches and tavern . There are several walking tracks through the forest close by and a short drive to Jacks Ridge mountain bike trail. The space The kitchen is equipped with a small fridge, microwave , toasted sandwich maker and slow cooker plus cooking utensils. There is a barbecue outside. The lounge area has two recliner chairs and a TV and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. There are two king single beds which can be pushed together if prior notice is given. There is a porta cot and bedding available for hire for $15 per night. A continental breakfast is also provided consisting of fresh fruit, cereal, muffins and spreads , tea and coffee. Gluten free is available, please advise when booking. Guest access The house is surrounded by cool grass and tropical gardens and guests are welcome to relax here. The apartment has a small undercover area with a table and chairs for al fresco dining. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment but guests may smoke outside. Access to the apartment is by a stepped footpath through the garden with a private entrance. This is well lit by sensor lights at night. It is not suitable for anyone who has mobility issues. Other things to note Our two schnauzers, George and Hector also live here and are excellent watch dogs. They may bark on your arrival but are very friendly once they get to know you. They spend a lot of time in the main house but utilise the gardens . We have a large, safe, fenced yard with plenty of grass and shade. Other activities nearby include fishing from the Deep Creek footbridge, paddle boards are available to hire at Nambucca and horseriding on Boambee Beach. Registration Details PID-STRA-2989
