This house is stylish, cozy and fully remodeled with new upgrades. Here you will enjoy a nice open floor plan which will make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. Our kitchen will supply anything you might need for cooking your own meals, including a coffeemaker. A fenced backyard has direct access to the neighborhood park, perfect for kids and pets. Fully fenced backyard with outside table with chairs and BBQ grill. Pets are welcome, with an additional fee of $150 Guest access Door code will be provided prior to check-in. No garage space available. The second small unit is rented out separately and has its own entrance door. Other things to note This house is a duplex. Two units are rented separately. Space or backyard is not shared. Each unit has its own entry on opposite sides of the house. Driveway is shared; only one parking spot on the driveway.
