Close to Northstar, Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, and Homewood ski areas. Sleeps 6 adults and 2-3 children comfortably. The space Trevor's Tahoe Treasure is a charming, well maintained vacation rental that sits just outside Tahoe City.  This large three-bedroom, three-story condo in the Dollar Hill 2 community comes with all the amenities of home. Walk around the farmers market in Tahoe City and enjoy cooking a family meal in the very well equipped and nicely updated kitchen. The kitchen has granite tile countertops and a great center island that seats 6 comfortably -- perfect for preparing that gourmet meal or for just hanging out and chatting in the kitchen. The large living room is equipped with a 48" flat-screen TV, Roku, cable, DVD player, and many games; the living room is open to the kitchen; it's perfect for making new memories with friends and family that are sure to last a life time. High speed WIFI internet and a gas grill on the balcony are provided. It is within walking distance to Lake Tahoe and is surrounded by beautifully landscaped grounds and a seasonal creek. The condominium's amenities include a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, club house, dog park, and tennis courts and are all within a very short walk from the condo (less than 75 yards). This lovely condominium features  high ceilings with sky lights and peeks of the lake. There is a sunny deck off the living area perfect for morning coffee while taking in the beauty of the surrounding area; please note this condo sits on North Lake Boulevard providing easy access to Lake Tahoe and to Tahoe City, but there may be some road noise while enjoying the outdoor spaces. This vacation home has an abundance of personality, and the attention to detail shows throughout the unit. A custom double-decker spiral staircase connects the home on three levels; this spiral staircase may be difficult for the young and the elderly to navigate, so please bear this in mind. A unique floor plan includes a bedroom and bath on each level.  At the entry level is a bright, open concept living room with high ceilings and skylights, a kitchen, bedroom with a queen bed, and a half bath. Downstairs is a bedroom with a king bed, a full ensuite granite bathroom with oversized granite shower, and a walk-in closet.  There is also a stackable washer/dryer downstairs for your use. Upstairs is a loft bedroom with a queen bed, TV with cable, a peek lake view, and a full ensuite bathroom. A fully landscaped garden with a flagstone path wraps around the unit. This condo is conveniently located near lake, beaches, boat launch, Nordic center, bike trail, restaurants, shopping and more. We welcome families of all ages and sizes! For your convenience, we have provided the following items: a highchair, crib, and Pack-and-Play. Baby gates are also located in the condo. Bedroom 1 (loft bedroom upstairs): Queen bed, TV with cable, attached master bath; please note there is no door between the master bed and bath, only curtains. Twin roll-away cot bed. Bedroom 2 (main level): Queen bed with attached half bath. There is a door between the bedroom and bathroom. Bedroom 3 (downstairs): King bed with attached master bath; There is a door between the master bed and bath. Crib. Twin roll-away cot bed. Sleeps 6 adults and 2-3 children comfortably. All bedrooms are outfitted with high quality linens and down bedding. Lots of parking immediately in front of condo so you won't have to haul your skis, snowboards, and summer toys far! Guest access Entire home Lockbox: keys are located in lockbox at condo for fast and convenient check in any time that works for you. The passcode to the lock box will be provided for your shortly before your check in time. Other things to note Other amenities to make your stay more enjoyable: 8 beach/pool towels, 6 beach mats, 2 beach chairs and sand toys in condo for your use. High chair, Pack-and-Play, baby gates, and crib are available for family vacations. Tennis rackets, hair dryers, iron, and ironing board can also be found in the condo. Lots of parking immediately in front of condo making parking a breeze and very short walk with all of your outdoor toys to the condo. House Rules: No smoking No parties or events Check-in is after 4PM No golf cleats, ski boots, or high heels in condo please Please be clean and respectful during your stay A house-trained dog is allowed, but please keep dogs off the furniture and beds. Absolutely no cats are allowed due to severe allergies. An additional $100 fee will be charged at the end of your trip for dog stays to cover additional cleaning fees regardless of the length of your stay. Enjoy your stay, but please don't party so hard you annoy the neighbors and no smoking inside the condo. We strongly suggest you DO NOT leave food in your car during your stay. Bears WILL break into your car to get it. We live in their territory and must take necessary precautions to avoid trouble.
