The cottage is completely independent and its access is reserved only for the cottage, you can park 2 cars there. The village of Dame Marie, which has no shops, is 1 km away and the historic town of Verneuil sur Avre, with all the shops, is 7 km away. The garden, parking, petanque court, bicycles, fishing area... everything is reserved for the cottage.
