Beautiful 90-square-meter apartment on the second floor with an elevator in a late 19th-century building located a few steps from Piazza Navona, in the historic center of Rome. EARLY CHECK-IN 30 EUROS (9:30 AM - 2:00 PM) The space The bathroom space, near the entrance, has been cleverly organized: the sink in an open space, the complete bathroom in a first bathroom with a shower, and another niche with a second bathroom. The green corridor leads into the living space, illuminated by bright colors from yellow to orange, with a large kitchenette equipped with large and small appliances, a dining table with four chairs, a sofa, a bookcase and a 43-inch smart TV of the latest generation. A "tower" bluetooth speaker, equipped with radio and also with aux (3.5mm) and USB inputs, is also available for our guests. From the living area you can access the large sleeping area, where soft colors between blue and lilac dominate, furnished with a double bed, two built-in wardrobe niches. Two specially painted chairs that serve as artistic bedside tables, a trunk and a 1940s sewing machine complete the furniture. The bedroom overlooks the historic Via del Governo Vecchio with two large windows, equipped with double glazing that makes the entire apartment extremely quiet, adjustable shutters that completely isolate the space from light when needed, and delightful curtains with loom embroidery.   The house is equipped with all comforts: washing machine, hairdryer, stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, espresso machine equipped with pods, 43-inch Smart TV, bluetooth speaker, dishes, cutlery, glasses of various types, cups, cups and bowls, kitchen accessories (cutting boards, knives, etc.).
 Particular attention to the environment: double glazing, smart hot water boiler with heat pump, induction hob and heating system consisting of easy-to-use, low-consumption electric towel warmers in the bathrooms, and the latest generation Daikin hot/cold split fully adjustable for an always optimized temperature. The apartment is equipped with CO2 fire extinguishers. Guest access The entire apartment is for guests' exclusive use. Other things to note Please note that at check-in, you will be required to pay the tourist tax, which the host collects on behalf of the Municipality of Rome.
