The space This entire space will be yours and you will not be sharing it with anyone. It’s an entire house with bathroom, kitchen, living, and dining area. Guest access Any spaces that are unlocked or already opened. If doors are locked that is a private area for cleaning utensils and/or storage that only the owner has access to. Other things to note We require anything from a $500 to a $1000 refundable deposit for longterm guests. Both for long and shorter stays. Amount of deposit is dependent on length of stay.
