Located in beautiful Silverleaves - the most family friendly beach on Phillip Island The space Take a short stroll to the local cafe and walking track to north facing Silverleaves beach or meander for around 15 minutes along the beach to Cowes main shopping and entertainment precinct. Inside the unit is snug with comfortable sofas, flat screen tv and dvd player and a reverse cycle split system in the main living area. The kitchen is brand new with a new electric oven and hotplates and dishwasher. There is a medium sized fridge and a microwave. The kitchen is fully self-contained with ample pots and pans, cutlery and crockery. A central dining table completes the living area. There are two bedrooms and the bathroom is combined with the laundry where there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board, laundry trough, wash basin, shower and toilet. There is a lovely deck at the front of the property with room to sit in the sun and relax. This is a lovely unit suitable for a couple or small family in a great location perfect for family holidays, weekend getaways, or as a base for track events. *Please note that linen is not included when booking this property* Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels. Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation. You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations. This will be processed via an online link 7 days prior to arrival and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the Victorian Government has implemented a levy on short-stay accommodations.
