The space The House of the Rising Sun is a well located charming property, perfectly secluded surrounded by thousands of tress and mountains. The property has 10 acres of natural bush where you will enjoy your own private area. The 10 acreas property host 2 fully furnished Airbnbs, The House of the Rising Sun is Villa #1 and has everything that you can see in the pictures and descriptions, including a private undercover parking area for up to 4 cars and an independent driveway. All the rooms facing East will have ocean views on the horizon . Stunning valley views from the fire pit area in the garden. This is the perfect getaway to connect with nature and enjoy the country lifestyle! The House of the Rising Sun offers a stunning picturesque scenery to celebrate any anniversary, inspirational for writer's retreat, girls getaway, romantic couple's getaway, family get together, for any relaxation purposes connecting with nature. As you drive the 60 minutes from Brisbane to the Gold Coast Hinterland, you will leave the stress of the city behind. This peaceful property is surrounded by trees, cottage gardens, dams, and lots of wildlife. Every room has ocean views on the horizon so no one will miss out the beautiful sunrises. So close to everything but away from the hustle and bustle, pack up your suitcases, books and escape from the city! Please note: The property is pet friendly, however pets are not allowed in any bedroom or on sofas. There's a pet fee of $50 * per pet per stay* 🔸️Please, before making a booking with a pet, send us a request. Also, please, if you are planning on bringing your pet, we don't appreciate for the guests to leave their pets alone for extensive periods of time as some dogs may stress and make excessive barking which will affect the neighbourhood. The Outdoors🌅 Guests have access to the main gardens overlooking the ocean on the horizon. The pergola has been decorated with Festoon lights, plants, and flowers, which is perfect for admiring the views and listening to the birds... 🌿💦The fire pit overlooking a big valley and nature is one of the highlights as it is very relaxing at any time, day or night perfect for any relaxing evening by the fire. During the night, you will relax under the stars and all the sounds of wildlife like the frogs singing from the dams... There's an outdoor bbq free of charge, please, we only ask for you to just leave it the way you found it. Otherwise, extra cleaning fees will apply. The hammock will be dry depending on the weather. The chickens and ducks have their own area, however they will be free if you request for them to walk free around the property. The ducks are super friendly, and your kids will have lots of fun feeding them. You'll have access to the entired house, dams, and sun lounges with 180 degrees of ocean views on the horizon to Palm Beach. Indulge in nature!🌿 The space You will wake up to a stunning sunrise from the ocean, misty mountains, nature at its finest, and Australian wildlife, like occasional kangaroos, wallabies, cockatoos, kookaburras, rainbow lorikeets, ducks and chickens! just to name some. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the whole house, gardens, outdoor hot spa , bbq area, and sun lounges and will have available space for up to 4 cars under the carport. In addition, exclusive access to 10 acres of natural bush perfect for bush walking and for mountain bikes. Guest access Guests have access to the entired 3 bedroom house ( Private Villa # 1 ), gardens, and the main parking area for up to 4 vehicles. * The laundry provides a modern washing machine and some fresh extra towels. Please, contact the host at any time if you need anything related to your stay. Other things to note There are 2 separate and independent villas in the 10 acreas property. The House of the Rising Sun has its independent driveway, own undercover parking area for up to 4 cars, great views to the ocean on the horizon, pergola and plenty of outdoor sitting areas. if you bring your pet, there's a fully fenced backyard right next to the house. As the property is located in the middle of nature, there will be a minimum maintenance in the gardens, but you will be informed before that. The host is just a phone call away. You will have all the privacy that you are looking for. Please note : When booking the property expect to see insects and possibly some other wildlife, wild ducks in the open dams as shown in the pictures, leaves on the carport and other areas as the house is surrounded by hundreds of trees, specially after heavy rain, dry season or storm. Only rain water is used at the property. We recommend you to boil the water before drinking or bring your own. The spa is treated with the right amount of chlorine according to spa and pool specialists, and it has a brand new filter. Your host will always do her very best to present the property as lovely as possiblle, however, we can not compete with the Australian weather. If you arrive during bad weather, expect to see some outdoor furniture wet. Depending on the time of your arrival, the host will take you on a tour around the property and will explain to you how beautiful and challenging it is to live in the middle of nature. Feel welcome to ask any questions before and after your booking. Rain, storm, or wildlife, basically nature, won't be a reason for a refund. If you are coming to enjoy the relaxing country style at its best, that’s what we offer. Refunds won't be provided in case of any natural event during your stay. We can not guarantee electricity if there's a problem with Energex ( energy supplier) or in case of a natural disaster on the Gold Coast.
