Large open plan living space on the first floor with log burner & exposed beams is accessible from either the interior spiral stairwell or exteriorly. Lake Saint Estephe is just a 5 minutes drive away ( swimming, boat hire, tree climbing ) perfect for all the family to enjoy. Nontron, 11kms, thriving pretty town, largely pedestrianised & famous for its cutlery production & weekly local markets, all amenities is definitely worth a visit. Brantome, 32kms the beautiful riverside town, nicknamed the venice of the Perigord is a short trip away and many good restaurants & gift shops.
